Need mobility assistance?

Our complimentary Mobility Assistance Shuttle service will be provided between the Pavilion Parking Structure and the Southeast entrance of the University Credit Union Center preceding and following each ceremony.  Those who wish to utilize this service should park in the Pavilion Parking Structure, and proceed to the shuttle stop located just outside the structure’s west entrance, on the North Dairy Road bike path.

It’s an important day for our graduating Aggies and we want to help you and your guests plan your visit. With a little forethought, we hope that everyone headed to UC Davis to celebrate the Class of 2024 will know right where go! 

Parking Information

Parking is complimentary with registration for all graduates and commencement guests in designated lots. When you register for complimentary parking at UC Davis, your license plate becomes your permit for the duration of the event(s) you select. After completing registration, you will receive an email confirmation with your event details, and you don’t have to worry about printing or displaying anything on your vehicle! For instructions on how to register for complimentary parking watch this video or follow the instructions below.

Graduates and guests with a DMV-issued disabled persons parking placard or license plate will be able to park on a first-come, first-park basis in disabled spaces in Parking Lot 25 and the Pavilion Parking Structure, as well as A, C, and C+ zones. And for those who need assistance, we have Mobility Assistance Shuttles available to assist.

• Step 1: Navigate to parking.ucdavis.edu 

  Step 2: Click on Special Event Parking 

  Step 3: Select Commencement Ceremonies under Event Type 

  Step 4: Select the ceremony you will be attending  

  Step 5: Enter the coupon code provided by Ceremonies & Events

  Step 6: Select Commencement Parking Permit ($0.00) under Permit Type 

  Step 7: Select the date of the event 

  Step 8: Add your vehicle information 

  Step 9: Review the Permission to Park Agreement and select I agree at the bottom  

  Step 10: Enter your email address and checkout for the $0 amount
