ERH services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. However, rides and/or services may not always be immediately available.

Emergency situations include illness, emergencies at home, or childcare issues at daycare or school. Rides are not provided for the following reasons: working overtime, night classes, missed bus, bus failure or late arrival, medical appointments, business travel, job related injuries, personal errands, or natural disasters. Call (530) 752-8277 (TAPS), for more information or to request a ride.

Participation in the ERH is monitored. Excessive use may result in a denied ride.
